As James Bond returns for his 25th adventure, EON Productions, Metro Goldwyn Mayer Studios Inc. (MGM), Universal Pictures International and United Artists Releasing (collectively, the 'Studios') would like young creators to make their own mark on the iconic visual history of the James Bond franchise.

Create a unique, eye-catching and undeniably Bond poster.
Be inspired by the Daniel Craig films, and celebrate the design legacy of Bond.

5 pieces of work will be chosen, and each Selected Creator will receive £2,000. Additionally, 20 pieces of work will be chosen as Finalists, and each will receive £250.
SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
  • Create poster artwork that is inspired by the Daniel Craig Bond films, and celebrates the design legacy of Bond
  • Your work should be unique, eye-catching and undeniably Bond
  • You can include any combination of Bond characters (or none at all) in your work
  • You should include this 007 stamp in your submission
  • Create your work so it is suitable for a standard 1 Sheet (1026mm height x 696mm width), either portrait or landscape. Please include a 5mm bleed
  • Your work should be static and digitally created. Please create it as a layered PSD, minimum 4000px (width or height) to a min. 300dpi
  • Check out this mood board for inspiration


  • In your submission, include a short description in English about your inspiration for your work, and why you love Bond. Add this to the 'Say something about your submission' section within your submission. The Studios and their affiliates may use this in their marketing activities
  • Don't include anything that could be interpreted as violent, sexually explicit, racist, pornographic, sexist, political, discriminating, religious, violent or offensive
  • Please do not share your submissions anywhere online, until after the Selected Creator Announcement
  • Please note it is a condition of entry that all rights, including, intellectual property rights to the submitted work (regardless of whether chosen as a Selected Creator) will become the property of MGM upon submission. By submitting you will agree to this Rights Release.
ABOUT NO TIME TO DIE
In No Time To Die, Bond has left active service and is enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica. His peace is short-lived when his old friend Felix Leiter from the CIA turns up asking for help. The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading Bond onto the trail of a mysterious villain armed with dangerous new technology.

The film, from Albert R. Broccoli’s EON Productions and Metro Goldwyn Mayer Studios (MGM) and Universal Pictures International is directed by Cary Joji Fukunaga (Beasts of No Nation, True Detective) and stars Daniel Craig, who returns for his fifth film as Ian Fleming’s James Bond 007. Written by Neal Purvis & Robert Wade (SPECTRE, SKYFALL), Cary Joji Fukunaga, Scott Z. Burns (Contagion, The Bourne Ultimatum) and Phoebe Waller-Bridge (Killing Eve, Fleabag), No Time To Die is currently in post-production. The film will be released globally from the 2nd April, 2020 in the UK through Universal Pictures International and in the US on the 10th April, 2020 from MGM via their United Artists Releasing banner.
THE INCENTIVES
5 pieces of work will be chosen as Selected Creators. Each will:
  • Potentially have their work included across Bond social and digital channels
  • Potentially receive career advice and feedback on their submission from a local creative agency (by telephone or email)
  • Receive £2,000 per piece selected

Additionally, 20 pieces of work will be chosen as Finalists. Each will:
  • Potentially have their work included across Bond social and digital channels
  • Potentially receive career advice and feedback on their submission from a local creative agency (by telephone or email)
  • Receive £250 per piece selected
CREATIVE INVITE GUIDELINES
  • Update (December 16, 2019): The submission deadline has changed to January 16, 2020.
  • Who is eligible: This opportunity is open globally (except in those countries excluded in the Official Rules) and you need to be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction of primary residence at the time of submission. Employees and their immediate family and household members of the Studios and Talenthouse are not eligible to participate (see the Official Rules linked below for full details). Void where prohibited by law.
  • Limit ten (10) submissions per individual creator. No creator teams please.
  • During the Submission Period, submissions may be featured on the Studios and Talenthouse, digital or social media channels in association with the promotion of No Time To Die, including but not limited to, the 007 hub. You may be credited where your work is shown.
  • Submissions will not be visible to the public until after the announcement of the Selected Creators. You are kindly asked to not share your work on your own digital or social media channels until after the Selected Creator Announcement.
  • Each submission should be accompanied by a small written caption in English explaining the inspiration and design. This information should be included in the 'description' field of your submission.
  • All submissions must be your own original work (meaning you are not allowed to use third-party pre-existing copyright materials and/or stock imagery in your submission) except for the stamp provided in this brief.
  • Creators may depict a likenesses to Bond characters, and should include 007 stamp provided in their work.
  • How to submit: Click on the ‘Participate’ tab and follow the instructions. Your work must be submitted in JPEG or PNG, max. size 10 MB. Please retain your original layered AI or PSD files in the highest quality possible. Only static digital work. Please, no photography or video. If you are selected you will have to supply the original layered artwork files to your work.
  • All rights in and to all material provided in the brief (including 007 stamp) are reserved by EON Productions and MGM.
  • We advise you to carefully read the 'Submission Guidelines' section above.
  • Copyright to and all other rights to your submitted work is transferred to MGM upon submission. You may only make personal non-commercial use (e.g. portfolio purposes including owned social channels) of your work without express written consent from MGM. In no event, may you obtain a fee, royalty, advertising revenue, or any other payment for the work created pursuant to this Creative Invite.
  • By submitting, you hereby agree to this Rights Release, and assign all rights, title and interest in and to the submitted work to MGM. Submitted work may be used across a range of marketing platforms in association with the advertising, marketing and promotion of No Time To Die. The Studios and affiliates will use commercially reasonable efforts to credit creators where their work is used.
  • If you are chosen as a 'Finalist' or 'Selected Creator' you will be required to sign an Awardee Agreement.
  • If you are a 'Selected Creator', you may be asked to modify your work to fit production requirements. This may be up to 2 rounds of edits.
  • Please provide an active email address when registering with Talenthouse to ensure you can be contacted should you be selected.
  • During the selection period, Talenthouse will reach out to those being shortlisted. You must respond to Talenthouse within forty-eight (48) hours or else you will forfeit all incentives. For the verification, you will be asked to provide the original files of your work and a scan of your ID.
  • Talenthouse reserves the right to remove inappropriate, offensive and harmful submissions as well as submissions that do not fit the brief, these guidelines or Official Rules (linked below).
  • No purchase necessary to enter or be selected.
  • Please note: In case of any inconsistencies between the English and translated versions of the Creative Invite and Official Rules, the English version will take priority.
HOW THE JUDGING PANEL WILL CHOOSE
The judging panel will include members of the Universal Pictures International marketing department, and may also include James Bond producers Michael G. Wilson, Barbara Broccoli, and Daniel Craig.

The panel will select from all qualified submissions. A qualified submission is one which meets all the Terms & Conditions, Guidelines and Official Rules.

The judging criteria is based on Creativity (30%), Originality (30%) and Overall Understanding of the theme (40%).
